David Moore
Gallatin, Tennessee
David has been working with wood since he was an undergraduate in college. He has a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts from the State University of New York, Buffalo and a Masters Degree from the State University of New York, Brockport. After 33 years of teaching art in New York, David retired to Tennessee with his wife, LouAnn, where he has spent the last 24 years living his dream as a full time wood working artist.
"When I approach a new piece, I have three things in mind: function, a combination of interesting forms, and the use of contrasting wood."
We have several of David's Pieces available in house, but David works mostly in commissions, so if you see what you like give us a call and we'll find a way to make the perfect piece to fit your needs.
